During their confinement, guards, along with a paramedic and a doctor, were present. The captives were provided with mattresses, and the medical staff attended to their basic hygiene needs. A doctor visited every 2-3 days to monitor their health, and a paramedic administered medicines when necessary.

In the midst of their captivity, Yocheved witnessed the arrival of a severely injured individual who had been transported by motorbike. His hands and legs were badly injured, evoking a strong emotional response from those present. Despite the dire circumstances, this individual's condition gradually improved over time.

Among the captives, there were numerous women, and the captors ensured their hygiene needs were met. Cleaning routines were established to prevent diseases, with careful attention given to avoiding infections that could affect both the captives and their captors.

Despite the grim situation, Yocheved noted that the captors, in their own way, exhibited a degree of friendliness. Their daily sustenance consisted of a simple meal comprising white cheese and cucumber, which was shared among the captives and served as their nourishment for an entire day.
