Nentawe had complained to the Tribunal about Mutfwang's appointment as governor of Plateau State, arguing that Mutfwang was ineligible to run at the time of the election because his Party (PDP), which did not have a structure at the time of the election, had not duly nominated and sponsored him.
But in its decision on Friday, the Tribunal dismissed the Petition because it lacked merit.
