Chacha Eke's Nollywood actor spouse Austin Faani has opened up about his experience cohabitating with a mentally ill partner.
Chacha Eke, a Nollywood actress who is well known for having bipolar disorder, has created quite a stir on social media.
Chacha Eke described how she experienced a manic episode a few months prior. She told how she lingered in Lagos's streets, hotels, and beaches for days on end. She continued by saying that she had used the fake ID to board a boat and travel to Ghana.
The actress claimed that one early morning when she woke up scared at home, she fled to an Asaba motor park and then to Lagos.
In his account of the incident, Austin Faani described how his wife had woken him up at one in the morning with a loud crash on the mirror.
According to him, his wife had to wake up and smash the mirror because she said that numerous people were crippling out of it.
Chacha's husband described how when his wife's illness deteriorated, he had to take her to prayers.
