EPL: Reasons I Didn't Take the €350 Million Offer to Leave Manchester United — Ronaldo

The forward for Manchester United, Cristiano Ronaldo, has disclosed that he rejected an offer to leave the club in the summer worth 350 million euros.

It has been widely rumored throughout the summer that Ronaldo has been eagerly anticipating his departure from Old Trafford.

The 37-year-old player's name has been mentioned in connection with a wide variety of teams, such as Chelsea, Bayern Munich, Sporting Lisbon, Real Madrid, and Paris Saint-Germain.

A surprising offer came from an undisclosed club in Saudi Arabia to the captain of Portugal's national team. This offer would have made Ronaldo the highest-paid athlete in the history of professional sports.

He has now elaborated on the reasoning for his decision to decline their offer.

In reference to the €350 million offer to play in Saudi Arabia for the next two seasons, Ronaldo stated on Piers Morgan Uncensored, "It's true, sure it's true."

"However, what has been reported in the media, which is total nonsense, is that nobody wants me, which is wholly incorrect.

"And to tell you the truth, I was fine here, and it inspired me to have a successful season here." But they keep harping on the fact that Cristiano is unwanted by everyone.

"How could they possibly not want a player on the national team who scored 32 goals the previous year?
