Mason Greenwood, a striker for Manchester United, has been detained on suspicion of violating his bail, according to Greater Manchester Police (GMP).
After being detained on allegations of rape, assault, and making death threats, the 21-year-old is currently out on bond.
GMP said on Saturday that they had addressed a claim that the terms of a bail agreement have been broken.
Greater Manchester Police are aware of a claim that a male, age 21, violated the terms of his bail, and an arrest was made on Saturday, October 15, 2022. At the moment, investigations are ongoing, a Greater Manchester Police spokesman informed The Sun.
Since his first arrest on February 2, United has placed Greenwood on administrative leave.
Since then, the forward has had a number of business partnerships canceled, and in June, his bail was increased as the inquiry went on.
