Gbajabiamila accuses journalists of not being fair in their reporting.

During the inauguration of the new executives of the House of Representatives Press Corps, as well as the unveiling of the website and magazine for the press corps called "Green Sentinel," Gbajabiamila delivered the charge to the audience.

The Speaker, who was not present but was represented by the Deputy Speaker, Ahmed Wase, made a commitment that the House would continue to provide assistance to the press corps in order to make it possible for members to carry out their responsibilities successfully.

I cannot stress enough how important it is for you to double check all of the information that you have gathered. Our doors are always wide open. Because we place a premium on open lines of communication, we never keep anything a secret.

Power lies on effective communication. Where there is a breakdown in communication, there will be gaps. We have faith in your ability to carry out the demanding responsibilities that have been assigned to you.

You play a part in making the society better, which you have been doing, but you really ought to step it up a notch. Nigeria needs to make progress, and we will all work together to make sure that happens with the Nigeria initiative.

"Democracy is about cooperation, and we need to work together to defend the things that will support the principles of democracy and good governance in Nigeria. " According to what he said, "we must all work together for Nigeria to function."

During her presentation at the ceremony, Grace Ike, who serves as the chairman of the House Press Corps, conveyed her gratitude to the House leadership for the support it has provided to the corps.

Ike stated that the publication is another significant step forward in the House Press Corps' efforts to effectively document the goings-on of the Green Chamber for future generations. This milestone was attributed to the magazine.

According to her, "Our decision to embark on this publication is premised on the realisation that as a select few opportuned to experience first hand the work of the peoples' representatives to make good and enduring laws for our country as well as being sources of empowerment, it is important for us to document these and behind-the-scenes moments."

This realisation led to our decision to begin working on this publication.

In spite of the fact that we are journalists, we are also historians because we document the majority of what happens for future generations.
