Kanye West joked about The Game dating Kim Kardashian before she married Kanye West, according to rapper The Game.
On a song titled Kim Kardashian in 2019, The Game, a long-time collaborator and friend of Kanye's, directly rapped about having sex with the famous reality TV star and entrepreneur.
"I should apologise because you're my folks, n####," says the speaker. Later, he rapped about cooking Kylie Jenner's "Frozen Flakes" when she awoke.
In a recent interview with Complex, the West Coast rapper discusses how he and Ye dealt with the situation.
The Game told Chris "Speedy" Morman, "Anytime I've ever needed Ye, he's always been there for me."
"And this is after I've, you know, disrespected his marriage at times by stating things like what me and Kim used to be and all of that."
According to The Game, Kanye never allowed it get in the way of their relationship and was always pleasant about it.
Game joked, "Even Ye would make a joke about that." "I'm sitting with Ye, and he's like, 'Oh s###,'" I explain. "You f##### with Kim first,' and I'll be like, 'n#### we're in a room full of people,'" he continued.
"Is it awkward for you when that happens?" she was questioned. It was, according to The Game, at first.
"It was a little awkward the first time, the first two times," he admitted. "Now it's just like Ye being honest and everything's fine," he continued.
The Game went on to say that there's a good chance of meeting people in the profession who have had comparable dating experiences.
"Everyone you date has a history," The Game said. "If you go outside and meet a girl today, she has a history."
"She had a boyfriend." If I see you with a female I used to date, I'll say, 'Yo, Speedy, she likes it from the side,' the next time I see you. Do you get what I'm saying? I want to make sure it's okay, that you're the last one in there, you understand?"
"My brother could date a girl I used to date and I'd be fine with it," he continued.
