If We Get Buhari, We Would Chew Him Up-Kidnapers Disclosed To Adopted Baptist Prelate.

His Eminence, Samuel Kanu-Uche, the Prelate of the Methodist Church of Nigeria, who was kidnapped by gunmen suspected of being kidnappers, has stated that the criminal elements were angry with President Muhammadu Buhari.

The preacher, who said the kidnappers showed him decomposing bodies of previous victims during a news conference in Lagos on Tuesday, revealed that the youngsters are Fulani.

According to him, the intruders promised to eat the president if he fell into their hands, claiming that Buhari had disappointed them.

"They even threatened that if they get Buhari, they'll chew him up since he disappointed them," he claimed.

"We were led into the wilderness and made a 15-kilometer trip." Finally, around 11 p.m., they stated we should bargain and each of us should pay N50 million, for a total of N150 million."

The men eventually placed the ransom at N100 million, according to Kanu-Uche.

The clergyman informed reporters that he went out to church leaders and his wife to seek funds in every way possible to guarantee his release.

Kanu-Uche was kidnapped on his way to the airport on Sunday along the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway in the Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State, according to the DAILY POST.
