Richard Keys, a football analyst, has slammed Paul Pogba, the leaving Manchester United midfielder, for his comments about his contract status at Old Trafford.
Pogba's contract with Man United expired at the end of the month, thus he left this summer.
In an Amazon Prime documentary, the World Cup winner from France criticised Manchester United, claiming that the Red Devils'made a mistake in waiting to give him a contract.'
Keys reacted by labelling Pogba a virus in a tweet on his Twitter profile on Friday.
"I doubt anything in the Pogmentary will persuade me that Pogba isn't a virus & United are well rid of him," he wrote on Twitter.
Nothing for £300,000 per week? Have you ever felt unloved? Please. Mourinho revealed his quarrels to me, and there's just one side to take."
Following a club-record £89 million transfer from Juventus in 2016, Pogba spent six years with Man United.
The 29-year-old played 232 times for Manchester United, scoring 39 goals and assisting on 51 occasions.
