After invading the East European country, Russian soldiers have suffered more casualties than expected, according to the Ukrainian military.
The Ukrainian military claims to have published a breakdown of Russia's losses.
According to a post on the organization's Facebook page, more than 3,500 Russian soldiers were killed in the invasion, with nearly 200 taken prisoner.
Russia has also lost 14 aircraft, 8 helicopters, and 102 tanks, according to the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

The Russian Ministry of Defense has so far refused to acknowledge any casualties, but reports claim that Russian President Vladimir Putin is furious with the war's outcome and has ordered a full-scale assault on Ukraine.... According to unconfirmed reports, he also sacked one of his military generals as a result of Russia's heavy losses over the last three days.
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian military is requesting that people remove street, city, and village names from road signs in their areas in order to 'confuse and disorient the enemy.'

Putin's war isn't going as planned, according to Estonia's former defence chief Riho Terras, who claims that Russia is quickly running out of money and weapons and will have to negotiate with Volodymyr Zelensky's government if Kyiv can hold off the Russians for another 10 days.
Putin is said to have called a meeting with oligarchs in a bunker in the Ural Mountains, where he allegedly raged that the war would be 'easy' and that 'everything would be done in one to four days.'
Terras claimed that the war is costing Russia around £15 billion per day, and that they only have rockets for three to four days at most, which they are using sparingly, citing Ukrainian intelligence sources.
