Breaking: Argentine Footballer Aguero Will Retire Next Week Due To Heart Issues

Because of cardiac concerns, the 33-year-old Argentinean soccer star Sergio Aguero is expected to announce his retirement at the age of just 33, according to Spanish tabloid Marca.

Aguero moved from Manchester City to Barcelona at the end of the previous season, signing a two-year contract with the Spanish club in the process.

After leaving the field against Alaves in October due to chest discomfort, the Argentine has played a total of 165 minutes for Barcelona in LaLiga Santander and the Champions League so far this season.

Gerard Romero, a journalist and contributor to Radio MARCA, stated on his Twitch channel on Saturday that Aguero will announce his retirement during a press conference scheduled for next week, according to the report.

Medical examinations revealed that Aguero had suffered from an arrhythmia, and despite efforts by those around him to downplay the possibility of his retirement, the Argentine has opted to call time on his football career and retire from international sport.

Despite the fact that Barcelona has refuted the reports, there are significant signs that Aguero may indeed retire from football in the next days as a result of his heart condition.
