According to reports, the couple ended their relationship in early June, months after getting engaged in February. Lavie has since moved out of Cloobeck's $26 million mansion in Beverly Hills.
Despite ending their engagement, sources close to the former couple said Cloobeck and Lavie remain on good terms.
"He still cares about Adva," a source familiar with the situation reportedly said.
The pair had planned to marry in Jerusalem on June 12 and had already sent "Save the Date" invitations to family and friends before the wedding was cancelled. No official reason was given for the split.
Lavie's legal troubles escalated earlier this week when she was arrested at a Beverly Hills restaurant while dining with Cloobeck. Authorities reportedly discovered that she was not wearing a court-ordered GPS ankle monitor, leading to the revocation of her bail.
The latest arrest is linked to an April 2025 grand theft case during the Coachella music festival in Indio, California.
Police alleged that Lavie stole valuables from guests staying at a rented Airbnb. One victim reportedly lost more than $25,000 worth of personal belongings, including jewellery, credit cards and cologne, while another reported missing jewellery, luxury sunglasses and an expensive wallet.
Lavie has been charged with felony grand theft in connection with the incident.
She was initially arrested in March and charged with six felony offences, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of burglary and two counts of unauthorised use of personal identifying information.
Following her latest arrest, a judge revoked her bail after prosecutors informed the court that she had violated the conditions of her release by failing to wear the required electronic monitoring device.
Lavie remains in custody, with a bail hearing scheduled for Friday to determine whether she will stay behind bars pending trial on the earlier felony charges.
