Head coach Liam Rosenior has confirmed that Enzo Fernández will remain in the team’s leadership group and will not lose his vice-captain position.
Speaking ahead of the upcoming fixture against Manchester City, Rosenior stated that no decision has been made to remove Enzo from his current role.
He explained that the midfielder continues to be an important figure within the squad and does not merit any disciplinary action regarding his leadership status.
Rosenior added that any further considerations would come after the match but emphasized that, for now, Enzo’s position remains unchanged.
