The resignations were part of a political impasse between State Governor Fubara and his predecessor, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory Nyesom Wike.
President Tinubu's peace accord with Governor Fubara included reinstating the previous commissioners who had resigned.
The commissioners are expected to submit 40 sets of their Curriculum Vitae and copies of their credentials for the screening process.
The resignations followed a series of political disputes, including the destruction of the state Assembly structure and the declaration of seats as empty.
The peace resolution was mediated by President Tinubu and other key players.
