Altman confirmed the news to NBC News via text message once the wedding images gained traction. The photos capture the couple exchanging vows on a beautiful beach, surrounded by close friends and family.
Last year, Altman and Mulherin, an Australian software engineer previously at Meta, made one of their initial public appearances at a White House dinner honoring Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In a September 2023 interview with New York Magazine, the couple expressed their aspiration to start a family in the near future.
