A video of a Nigerian man entering a livable apartment for which he pays $1,500 in rent each month went viral online, attracting a lot of attention.
In the video, Ositapopcorn, a content maker, accompanied the man.
When they got into the apartment, there were stains on the floor from his clothes, and the ceiling looked raw and unfinished.
Ositapopcorn revisited the man in the same apartment, which had already flooded, in a related video that he uploaded on his TikTok website.
A short while into the video, the young man can be seen pleading with Ositapopcorn for help by getting on his knees.
A few seconds later, he was startled to see a bag purportedly containing one million naira.
