Both the People's Democratic Party (PDP) and Labour Party (LP) had already presented their cases to the apex court on Monday.
However, it's worth noting that the appeal made by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and its presidential candidate, Chichi Ojei, was withdrawn and subsequently dismissed.
Prior to this, the Presidential Election Petitions Court had dismissed the petitions brought forth by both the PDP and LP on September 6, citing a lack of substantial evidence to support their claims.
