1.9 million followers on Instagram claim to have followed Whitemoney on the platform.
The security issue has raised worries from both fans and followers due to the significant following of 1.9 million.
A vigilant Nigerian user who also told the world that Whitemoney's Instagram account had been compromised posted the alarming information on Twitter.
The hack reportedly occurred late at night and surprised the contestant's team.
The concerned person was horrified to see that the hacker, who was described as a "white boy," had taken control of the account and had even begun posting his own stuff.
The message reads:
"Are the Whitemoney players awake? Someone broke into his 1.9 million followers' account, and now he's started uploading pictures! The verified account for Whitemoney has likewise been set to private by the hacker. Omo, the boy waited until midnight in Naija, when folks are asleep, to do this. Kai!!!”
