Extreme pranks: Police suggest arresting additional prankers.

CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, the Nigeria Police Public Relations Officer (PRO), has warned that the agency may pursue more practical jokers over outlandish practical.

He posted a video of a practical joke in which a commuter was flogged while riding his bike, and the jokester then released a dog on him, chasing him to his complex.

The FPRO tweeted the footage and said, "You see am? Many people will continue to accuse the police of being a business if he is detained at this time. Imagine… In either case, a day is a day for the owner and a day for the thief. Make them perform am dey go.
