Bashir Sheriff Machina, the APC senatorial candidate for Yobe North, praised the Federal High Court's ruling as a triumph for justice.
Machina called on his followers and the residents of Yobe North to stay calm and law-abiding in a message released to the media.
The APC chairman, who called the verdict "no victor, no vanquished," called for quick reconciliation between the two party factions in Yobe North.
"I welcome Judge Damaturu's ruling." Justice triumphs. The next war we must fight is for APC's triumph in the 2023 general elections, he remarked.
The senatorial contender thanked his fans for their prayers and unwavering support, promising to influence their lives positively if elected.
