According to Ben Wallace, the British Defense Secretary, "Russians are failing on the ground in several regions" in Ukraine.
In an interview with Sky News, Wallace stated of the Russian invasion, "Putin's plan A, B, and C have failed and he may look to plan D."
He said that he saw the conflict as a "noble cause," referring to Russia as a "fascist state invading Ukraine."
Everyone agrees the invasion is "wrong" and "cruel," according to Wallace, who has been in charge of British efforts to provide Ukraine with anti-tank weapons, armoured vehicles, and ammunition.
