TRANSFER: Tuchel will bring in a fresh forward for Chelsea.

Before the summer transfer window shuts on September 1, Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel wants to bring in another new forward.

Respected Daily Star journalist Paul Brown made this assertion.

Recall that Raheem Sterling, a forward, was recently acquired by Tuchel from Manchester City this summer.

Raphinha, a former Leeds United player who joined Barcelona, eluded the German, though.

Ousmane Dembele, who recently extended his contract with Barcelona, was another player he failed to sign.

"The fact that they were trying to obtain Raphinha and/or Dembele from Barcelona shows that the manager [Thomas Tuchel] wants another forward of some kind," Brown stated in a statement to GiveMeSport.

"They're still looking there, and if they find someone who fits and the deal is feasible, I think they'll go ahead and close the purchase.
