Eedris Abdulkareem, a well-known Nigerian rapper, has revealed that he is suffering from kidney failure.
On his Twitter page on Wednesday, MI made this information public.
In addition to stating that Eedris is receiving dialysis in a hospital in Lagos and will receive a transplant by the end of July, the rapper pleaded with Nigerians to donate and support his recovery.
He mentioned that a family member had donated the kidney that would be transplanted.
"I received the sad news yesterday that Nigerian music icon @EedrisOriginal Eedris Abdul Kareem has been battling Kidney failure and needs our help," he wrote in his tweet.
EEDRIS ABDULKARIM MUST BE SAVED NOW! Kidney failure has been identified as our brother's condition, and he urgently needs surgery. We have a donor in his family, and the hospital has scheduled this urgent surgery for July 27, 2022.
