President Muhammadu Buhari has been threatened with kidnapping by a terrorist organisation in the North West.
In a recent video where they were shown beating some of their prisoners, the terrorists made the threat.
This warning comes just a few weeks after an attack on President Buhari's motorcade in Katsina State.
The daredevil terrorists who just raided the Kuje jail in Abuja and released their prisoners in the Correctional Center are threatening the nation's most important leader, Kaduna State Governor Nasir El-Rufai, in a new viral video.
The terrorists, who seized more than 60 passengers of the train travelling from Abuja to Kaduna on March 28, have allegedly threatened to kill those still held captive and boasted about destroying the nation.
One of the terrorists threatened to turn the area into an abattoir in the viral video if the authorities didn't give in to their demands.
"This is our message to the government of Nigeria; by God's help, you will see your leaders; your senators and governors will appear before us. You have seen these individuals here.
He said, "We will keep some of these that you see here as our slaves and sell them off exactly as our Imam promised you in the past."
"We'll sell these girls as slaves in the same way that the Chibok girls were sold off.
We will kill the ones we need to kill and sell the rest if you don't comply with our demands. We will get you here, El-Rufai, Buhari, by God's grace," one of the terrorists added in Hausa.
