In Borno State, troops from Operation Desert Sanity and the Civilian Joint Task Forces defeated militants from the Islamic State's West Africa Province.
On Tuesday, the terrorists were killed in a "ongoing offensive onslaught" in Borno State.
According to a tweet from the Nigerian Army on Wednesday, troops seized firearms and apprehended Mrs Mary Ngoshe, who is suspected of being one of the abducted girls from GGSS Chibok in 2014.
"On 14 June 2022, the ongoing offensive onslaught by troops of Operation Desert Sanity in collaboration with the CJTF achieved another victory when ISWAP terrorists were neutralised near Gurzum in Borno State.
"The terrorist market and camps were demolished." Weapons, among other things, were found.
"On 14 June 2022, troops from the 26 Task Force Brigade were patrolling around Ngoshe in Borno State when they came upon one Mrs Mary Ngoshe and her kid. She is thought to be one among the girls kidnapped from GGSS Chibok in 2014. "More exploitation is ongoing," read the tweet.
