Four centre backs are allegedly on Chelsea's shortlist for this summer's transfer window.
Kalidou Koulibaly of Napoli has reportedly been added to the Premier League heavyweights' expanding center-back wishlist, according to transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano.
Along with the Senegalese international, Chelsea is also keeping an eye on Nathan Ake of Manchester City, Matthijs de Ligt of Juventus, and Jules Kounde of Sevilla.
For eight seasons, Koulibaly has played a key role in Napoli's defence, appearing in 317 games across all competitions.
Last season, the 31-year-old made 34 appearances and contributed three assists in addition to three goals.
In 2023, Koulibaly's deal with Napoli will expire.
After Antonio Rudiger left for Real Madrid earlier this month, Chelsea now needs to bolster its defence.
In the current transfer window, there are also rumours of Andreas Christensen, Cesar Azpilicueta, and Marcos Alonso moving from Chelsea to Barcelona.
