In Uyo, the capital of Akwa Ibom State, a little child who was labelled a witch and abandoned on the streets has been rescued.
A woman from the State Ministry of Justice picked up the youngster, according to Danish charity worker Anja Ringgren Lovén.
On Saturday, June 11, an optometrist, Benjamin Omin Itu, confirmed the news and released images of the youngster with serious scars all over his body.
