2023: Peter Obi shouldn't have left PDP. he's a good man, i hope he returns back-Ned Nwoko.

Nigerian millionaire Ned Nwoko has stated that the Labour Party's presidential nominee, Peter Obi, cannot be the country's next president.

Nwoko, who is married to Nollywood actress Regina Daniel, said this in an interview with BBC Igbo, adding that as Minister of Economy, Obi will revolutionise Nigeria.

Peter Obi, he claims, is a fine man who has the backing of Nigerian youngsters, but the Labour Party lacks the required framework to run the country.

Nwoko also observed that Nigeria's population is diverse, warning that numerous factors in the country will conspire against the election of a Labour Party president.

"Peter Obi is a terrific individual who has impressed me," Nwoko remarked. He travelled to London on his own.

He's a capitalist and a major participant in the business world, but he's also conservative in his approach.

"I think he'll perform well in the PDP as Minister of Economy, and he'll help us turn around Nigeria's economy.

"The Labour Party lacks the organisational framework to succeed, but they do have a strong support base.

He's a popular contender, but he won't be able to become president since he lacks the necessary organisation.

As president, you must have a majority of Labour Party members in both the House and Senate.

"Many factors in Nigeria will conspire against the election of a Labour Party president; it will not happen.

Peter Obi should not have left the Peoples Democratic Party, according to Ned Nwoko, who hopes he returns.
