Aisha Yesufu, a sociopolitical activist, has listed ten reasons why she cannot be Peter Obi's running mate for the Labour Party's presidential nomination.
She gave the reasons while responding to requests for her to deputise Obi from a number of social media users.
Aisha listed ten reasons why she cannot join Obi's presidential campaign in a tweet she sent out on Friday.
"For those who've been asking, here are ten reasons why I can't be Peter Obi's running mate @PeterObi!
It's just a strand!" She sent out a tweet.
Aisha stated that she was not in a position to serve as her primary reason, and that everything she does is done with her heart, body, and soul.
"I am from the South South, Peter Obi is from the South East (an all-Southern ticket is as insensitive as a Muslim-Muslim ono)," the Edo-born social activist added.
"There are still a lot of people who don't know." I'm from Agbede (Kukuruku empire) in Edo State's Etsako West Local Government Area! My ancestors gave me a coconut head!
"I am a very passionate person who is not afraid to stand on my toes on issues of justice, accountability, and human rights, and there are people who adore me and others who despise me." Peter Obi cannot afford to enrage any group at this critical time! It's all about perception!
"As a result, my support for Peter Obi will be more beneficial than my serving as his running mate."
"Those who care about me will jump aboard." Those who dislike me will be able to overlook my presence because I am only a supporter!
(We must plan a million steps ahead of time.)
"I adore advertising campaigns!" I can sell someone else, but I can't sell myself.
"Vote for me because I am the more qualified candidate!" Who told me I was a more qualified candidate?!
"I believe that you should vote for him or her because he or she is the better candidate."
Even in business, I am unable to market my products.
"I'm not a process person, and I'm not particularly good at day-to-day management."
I am more of a planner. I can assess a situation and see an angle that others aren't seeing or focusing on, or I can predict how a situation will play out to some extent.
I prefer to focus on my areas of strength!
"I'm not going to make a good party person for the time being because I can't keep quiet when a party is going on anyway because it's my party." They're going to put me on probation for anti-party activities.
"I enjoy having complete control over my time!" I will give up that freedom as a public servant, elected official, or appointee. I'll have to go to work every day and on time now. If I'm a government employee, I can't leave whenever I want and stay as long as I want.
"Also, I won't be able to talk to people who come to my TL and do whatever they want because they'll be my bosses according to taxpayers!" I have an unhealthy obsession with my mouth. You know I don't believe in the philosophy of "if they go low, you go high!"
"Last but not least, I'll be compelled to be politically correct." Say things that will make people feel good, not things that should be said!
Certainly not!
"I am a happy person because my outside and inside are always in sync.
What you see outside is how I feel on the inside!"
