Piers Morgan, a former CNN anchor, slammed Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich's "weasel words" after the billionaire businessman confirmed he was handing over the club's stewardship.
Abramovich, who purchased the Blues in 2003, announced on Saturday that he would entrust the club's "stewardship and care" to its charitable foundation.
The 55-year-move old's comes at a time when he is suspected of having ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Morgan has now chastised Abramovich, urging him to publicly condemn Putin's actions.
He tweeted, "Where is the condemnation of Putin's invasion of Ukraine?"
