If elected president in 2023, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), has offered to pay Nigerians' West African Examination Council (WAEC) tuition.
Tinubu mentioned this in a viral video in which some members of his party were present.
"We pay for your children's West African examination expenses so that no one is left behind, no matter how impoverished," he stated.
"Breaking shaft is my camp's symbol; we break the shaft of poverty and ignorance."
Tinubu, who brought up the issue of banditry, stated that the country requires peace and stability in order to progress.
"The country requires stability." Peace and the abolition of banditry are critical since women are the most susceptible victims.
"We can't construct a nation as quickly as we want without peace and stability," Tinubu remarked.
Tinubu revealed his presidential ambitions last week.
The former governor of Lagos State had notified Buhari of his intention to run for president in 2023.
