This Administration Upset Me Because Of The Following Reasons-Bishop Kukah

 Buhari's administration has irked Catholic Bishop of Sokoto Matthew Kukah.

In an interview with media in Sokoto, the Catholic Bishop expressed his displeasure with the current administration on two distinct topics. He referred to a large number of deaths and the allocation of positions based on favouritism and nepotism as examples of this.

Kukah argued that this administration's incapacity to manage our sense of diversity is a major shortcoming.

He stated that:

"None of the things I've been asking for are about me. There were two things about this government that worried me. The first is the sheer number of people who have died, and I don't believe anyone is happy about this.

"Nepotism and favouritism have a role in the second." This administration's incapacity to manage our sense of diversity is a glaring shortcoming.

To those who don't agree with me, I challenge you to come up with a better argument. I have always been a critic of government before this administration."

When it comes to the disagreeable, we Nigerians have yet to master the art of disagreement. We have a long way to go before we can say that people who criticise us are among our closest friends. Democracies need criticism to be clean; it's not an abuse.

He also said;

"Since I'll be 70 next year, I'm not getting any younger. There are still students receiving scholarships that I established many years ago, and I'm hoping to expand the programme as my financial situation improves.

"With the help of my friends, I plan to fulfil this empowering dream by coming up with human solution-oriented ideas that will improve the lives of Nigerians."
