Nigerian rapper Blaqbonez has revealed what he says was the major reason behind his long-running feud with fellow artiste Odumodublvck, saying a woman was at the centre of their disagreement.
The revelation comes after years of tension between the two rappers, with Odumodublvck previously insisting that their disagreement went beyond music.

In June 2025, Odumodublvck responded to a diss track from Blaqbonez, warning that their dispute was not simply a rap beef.
He wrote on X that their issue was personal and that they would eventually meet again.
The dispute escalated further in June 2026 when Odumodublvck accused Blaqbonez of sexual abuse and alleged that members of the music industry were protecting him.
Blaqbonez has now offered his account of how the conflict began.
Speaking during an interview with media personality Rufai Oseni, the rapper said he and the woman had been intimate around the same period that she was also involved with Odumodublvck.
According to Blaqbonez, he initially had no knowledge that she was involved with his colleague.
“Odumodu and I were with a girl at the same time but I didn’t know she was with him too around the same time we met,” Blaqbonez said.
He explained that the woman later contacted his manager and allegedly threatened to damage his career.
Blaqbonez said Odumodublvck subsequently contacted him and accused him of disturbing his girlfriend.
He said he denied the allegation, explaining that he had previously been intimate with the woman but had stopped contacting her after she sent him a message he found unusual.
According to the rapper, he later discovered that Odumodublvck was the person the woman was involved with.
Blaqbonez said he then deliberately stayed away from her to avoid further complications.
He also recalled receiving a message from Odumodublvck asking when he had last had sexual intercourse with the woman.
Blaqbonez said he refused to provide details because he did not want to become involved in whatever dispute existed between the couple.
He claimed that Odumodublvck subsequently told him they were now enemies because he had refused to answer the question.
Blaqbonez also clarified the nature of his relationship with the woman, saying they were never officially in a relationship.
“I can’t say she’s my girlfriend because we didn’t make it official. I called my relationship with her a friend with benefits because we were friends and we were intimate.”
The rapper's comments provide his side of a feud that has continued to attract attention within Nigeria's music industry.
