The Ukrainian missile strike also revealed the deaths of senior Russian leaders.

According to Ukraine's military intelligence commander Kyrylo Budanov, at least nine persons were killed and 16 injured in the attack on Sevastopol on Friday.

The number of those killed and injured in the humiliating attack in seized Crimea has not been disclosed by Russia, and none of the big newscasts have mentioned it.

Sevastopol, the primary naval port on the peninsula, saw the operation of Russian air defences today as well.

Reports of approaching missiles and the shooting down of one missile were made.

Retaliatory assaults on Ukrainian command posts are demanded by Russian war cheerleaders.

As long as there are no attacks on command and control centres, the Rybar Telegram channel issued the following warning: "The AFU attacks will become more intense."

While this is going on, all Ukrainian organisations that are in charge of conducting routine raids, including the GUR and the SBU [intelligence services], are working unabatedly in Kyiv.
