SPORTS: John Barnes Gives Reasons Why 'Jay Jay Okocha' Is Better Than Messi And Christian Ronaldo.

John Barnes, a former star for Liverpool, has stated that Austin Jay-Jay Okocha, a legend from Nigeria, is superior to Lionel Messi of Argentina and Cristiano Ronaldo of Portugal in terms of player skill.

Barnes thinks that Okocha, who is already retired from football, is on par with Ronaldinho, the legendary player for Barcelona and Brazil.

"About Jay-Jay, he used to be in Paris [PSG] when he was young and nobody really knew about him. Then, in the latter stages of his career, he came to this country [England]. It could not have gone any better if he had arrived as a 19, 20, or 21-year-old, Barnes told SuperSport of Okocha.

There are two players who come to mind when discussing the two most naturally talented and skilled players in the world: Ronaldinho and Jay-Jay Okocha. The latter is unquestionably the most skilled player because what he does on the football pitch is similar to what you would do in a playground or in practise but not in actual games.

In terms of pure skill, he performs it better than [Lionel] Messi, [Cristiano] Ronaldo, or anyone else.
