Raheem Sterling will be acquired by Chelsea from Manchester City under an agreement.
Transfer authority Fabrizio Romano reaffirmed this on Saturday night.
Romano said the Blues will pay a £45 million fee with an additional £10 million.
Sterling and Chelsea have already reached a personal agreement, and he will sign a contract through 2027.
