Buhari Can't Be Impeached: We Have The Highest Numbers Of Senators In The Red Chamber Of The National Assembly-Presidency.

The Presidency has bragged that President Muhammadu Buhari cannot be removed from office by the National Assembly.

The Presidency bragged that the majority of senators in the Red Chamber belong to the ruling party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, making it impossible for the minority to have its way.

According to bendelnews, senators from all parties walked out of session on Wednesday and demanded that President Buhari and Senate President Dr. Ahmad Lawan be removed due to the rising level of insecurity in Nigeria.

Femi Adesina, the President's Special Advisor on Media and Publicity, downplayed the likelihood that his boss would be removed from office.

Speaking about the action, which is still in its early stages, Adesina stated on Channels Television, "The National Assembly has a self-regulatory system. Minorities cannot have their way because it is so constructed.

They cannot force it down the throats of the majority, and thankfully, there are reasonable members of those Chambers who will say, "No, it's true we have insecurity in the country, and the President is doing his best, so let us continue to encourage the security agencies to perform better.

"Mr. President won't use his magic wand to fix the security problems. No one has a magic wand like that. It would be carried out in a methodical manner.

"It will be carried out in a systematic manner... It won't be done with a magic wand. There isn't a magic wand to fix this kind of issue.
