Get your PVC, the Holy Spirit no dey vote — Cubana Chief-Priest

Rev. father Ejike Mbaka, a Catholic priest, described Presidential contender Peter Obi as a stingy man, which sparked outrage.

Mbaka remarked during his most recent visit to the Adoration ministry in Enugu State that Obi cannot be Nigeria's president unless he begs God's pardon.

He believes that having an old guy as Nigeria's future president is preferable to having a'stingy man.'

In response to Mbaka's statement, popular Instagram personality Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chiefpriest, advised Nigerians to acquire their PVCs, noting that the Holy Spirit does not vote.

"Mr. Money with the vibes right now," Cubana commented with a photo of Father Mbaka on his Instagram profile. Wake up, don't sleep, and get your money.

"Please acquire your PVC, Holy Spirit no Dey vote," says the narrator.

Meanwhile, Mbaka's political statements have been distanced from the Catholic Church.

Mbaka's heated political comments, according to the Auxiliary Bishop of Enugu, Rev Ernest Obodo, were divisive and violated the Canon Law, which bans anybody from illegitimately hurting a person's good name.
