A group of gunmen reportedly stormed a Catholic Church in Southern Kaduna earlier today, according to another distressing account from Nigeria.
When these barbarians invaded the church during first mass, several of the worshipers who left their houses to pray to their God at the St Moses Catholic Church in Robuh, Kajuru LGA, Kaduna State, met their demise.
According to the Vanguard Newspaper, three individuals were slain and 36 others were kidnapped.
According to Mr. Reuben Buhari, the former Special Adviser on Media to the Governor of Kaduna State, this attack in Roboh village, Kajuru LGA, was not the first.
He claimed that kidnapping attacks on rural populations have continued unabated. The majority of them are "unannounced and unreported."
These attacks on churches are clearly planned and coordinated, either for political or financial gain, or simply to send a message to Christians to cease going to church.
After multiple credible news sites covered it on social media hours ago, the terrible tragedy that occurred this morning has triggered numerous reactions among Nigerians.
