Now, Jim has revealed that the whole thing was a hoax.
As a result of Uche Maduagwu's involvement, the strategy was credited to him and his team.
According to the actor, a physical altercation with Uche Maduagwu would "jeopardise" the success of his picture.
To help market his film, he claimed that he was aware of Nigerians' insatiable appetite for rumours and bad news.
