Politics: APC is sending thugs to remove our banners and threaten our members, prompting the Yobe PDP to raise an alarm.

The People's Democratic Party (PDP) has claimed that thugs from Yobe State's ruling All Progressives Congress are uprooting its flags in Damaturu.

Salihu Mohammed Baba, the state PDP Publicity Secretary, alleged that members were being threatened by political thugs in a statement released on Saturday.

"However, the thuggery against our members and supporters is perpetrated by the GM of YOROTA, who is notorious for his brutal activities, as evidenced by the attached films," Baba claimed.

To avoid chaos in the state, the party called on appropriate security agencies to summon the APC.

"Finally, we urge our fans to remain calm and follow the law."
