2023:Buhari Has Revealed Who He Would Handover Power To-Garba Shehu

The Presidency has announced that President Muhammadu Buhari's party, the All Progressives Congress, will remain in power after 2022.

Garba Shehu, President Muhammadu Buhari's spokesman, expressed optimism that his boss would give over power to another All Progressives Congress-led government in 2023.

Shehu talked to journalists after the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting on Wednesday.

He was responding to news that Buhari has extended the fuel subsidy issue to the next administration.

"But she (Minister of Finance, Budget, and National Planning, Hajiya Zainab Ahmed) has replied you," Shehu claims. First and foremost, this demonstrates that the president is responsive, and we will, God willing, pass over to the next administration, the APC."

Zainab Ahmed, the Minister of Finance, Budget, and National Planning, has refuted suggestions that the present government will eliminate fuel subsidies.
