Travel business Travala, sponsored by Binance, has added Shiba Inu payments to their website. To celebrate Shiba Inu supporters winning the token war, the official account of the Australia-based crypto-forward company sent out a tweet congratulating them on their victory.
It also noted that SHIB is now available on Travala's website as a payment method and can be used to book over 2 million hotels worldwide and flights from more than 600 airlines using the token.
The ShibArmy's victory is significant, but Travala has been publicly accepting crypto donations for some time. The service already accepts more than 40 of the most popular cryptocurrencies.
Floki Inu and Shiba Inu's token duel in Travala garnered nearly 4.9 million votes. The Shiba Inu received 3.4 million votes, or 69 percent of the overall turnout, in the election. Early in the month of May 2021, Dogecoin was added to the list of accepted payment methods.
