What I Discussed With My Son Shortly Before He Was Murdered-Senator Na'Allah.

Senator Bala Na'Allah, who represents Kebbi State's Kebbi South Senatorial District, claimed he spoke with his son, Abdulkareem, just hours before learning of his death on Sunday.

The senator, who chairs the Senate Committee on the Air Force, stated that his conversation with his son focused mostly on the country's alarming security situation.

On Sunday, Captain Abdulkareem, a civil pilot, was strangled and discovered dead in his bedroom at his Government Reserved Area apartment in Malali, Kaduna North Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

The killers were said to have gotten into the house by breaking through the ceiling.Na'Allah, who is also a pilot, remarked while receiving the leadership of the Nigeria Union of Journalists' Correspondents' Chapel, Kaduna Council, who paid him a sympathy visit in the state capital on Tuesday.

According to the congressman, he discussed the security situation in the country with his 36-year-old son eight hours before his murder, saying, "Little did he realize that he had less than eight hours in this sinful world.

“Since Abdulkareem's death, so many things have happened that have taken away the anguish of his loss from me,” the congressman stated. Around 9.27 p.m., I spoke with him (on Saturday). The topic of our conversation, I swear by the Holy Qur'an, was security. I had no idea, and he had no idea, that he had less than eight hours to live.“This insecurity issue did not appear overnight, and it is important that we understand this because if we do not, we will continue to prescribe a medicine that will not cure it, and the prescription, which is dangerous to me based on what I have seen so far, is for politicians to attempt to politicize the security issue.

So, civility dictates that we counsel ourselves and examine the concerns in detail. What causes them to happen? Then, armed with this knowledge, we may prescribe the best antidote for our difficulties.
